For generations, the Adena Health System has provided healthcare to over 400,000 people in rural southern Ohio. Since 2019, USDP has been a digital partner for Adena, providing website support and content creation so that they can focus on giving their patients the care that they need.
Over the years, this partnership has expanded to include more website support, technical security, special promotions, and more.

Adena is a large and complex system, providing services for hundreds of different healthcare scenarios. They needed their site to accomplish the tall task of accurately listing all of their services at the locations they were offered. USDP worked closely with the Adena team to map out the user experiences and create journey paths. This discovery process informed the website navigation, content, and page structure.

A regional health hub
Prioritizing visitor usability and consistent navigation and calls-to-action, we worked to develop a site designed to simplify the often-stressful process of finding the right medical help. USDP also assisted Adena in drafting copy for their many service lines to keep each page consistent with the new messaging framework.

The combination of clear content, functional navigation, and a simple user interface has helped Adena's website cement its spot at the top of the search results. Adena has been able to reach more and more of its regions population with their life changing services since the creation of their new website. We have also continued to add new content to help them better inform new and existing patients
