They approached USDP with a challenge – bring clarity to their messaging and optimize the user experience of browsing their products and resources. USDP was tasked with streamlining M4 Knick’s e-commerce platform, simplifying its core messaging, and elevating its visual style.

APPROACH
Strategic Collaboration and Creative Development
USDP began with an in-depth analysis of M4 Knick’s existing website, identifying pain points and areas for improvement. Collaborating closely with the M4 Knick team, we crafted a new sitemap and content matrix to streamline the website’s navigation and prioritize key information. We also conducted a thorough technology assessment to identify opportunities to leverage existing technologies and optimize website performance. The next steps involved refreshing M4 Knick’s tone and voice through our messaging framework. This fed into the total visual retool of M4 Knick’s design style. Finally, all the pieces came together in the new page layouts and product organization with a bold new modular design approach.
